Closing costs can add up quickly. We pay all standard closing costs. If you are using one of our preferred attorneys, we will even cover the removal or reduction of erroneous or high interest liens ensuring that you receive the most of your equity possible.
We can also assist in filing a list of heirs and real estate affidavit when the home is an inheritance without the additional fees beyond jurisdictional court fees.
